Yes….I know this is supposed to be a healthy time…and it is …sort of…I mean, apples are, and they are the main source of the fritter….so “Tick for Healthy”. The batter is such a light healthy batter, there is not even egg yolk in the batter…just pure egg white…so there is another…so “Tick for Healthy”.  This is so ridiculous…here I am trying to convince myself (and you) that this is an all time healthy fritter…Not !  Well I still am going to convince myself that they are not all bad…..in moderation !!!  The cinnamon is loaded with anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties plus I am sure a lot more … so “Tick for Healthy” 🙂 Okay, so maybe the sugar is a no no… and maybe …well, of course the caramel sauce is a no no…. but in my defense, I don’t have much sugar, I don’t drink…
