    1. Thanks for the history, Franck! We made another batch last evening and added a bit of orzo for extra body. Delish! Who needs meatballs when one can have quenelle!? 🙂

      3. The colour is called “Dolmen” ( how appropriate for a Breton). Which is a slight light blue grey granit like if you wish. Much brighter now. 🙂
