  3. Every year in my town, and at this time of year, was the “Onion Fair”… After all, we are “Onion Johnnies”. Caramelised peanuts, and those beauties were for sale. The French call them “pomme d’amour” or “Apple od Love” ( well… Quelle surprise!). I’ve never had them… Thank you for the memory! 🙂
