I actually yelled hallelujah when the first mini Vickie Sponges started appearing in England. I was brought up on the magic of this cake but the tiny ones are my absolute favourite … it always feels like a dolls tea party when presented with tiny treats!

Happy Thanksgiving to you too Lana! I am out of my skin with excitement to be here for my first EVER one and hoping I don’t make a complete catastrophe of the dinner. I remind myself that it is a turkey and I have done countless Christmas’s but this feels different. It must be all the pumpkin and sweet potato and getting confused as to what dressing was (fortunately I now understand that it is stuffing) …. so again I say Happy Thanksgiving to you, my dear friend – I am thankful that we have ‘met’ and I wish you the most joyous of days 🙂
