not quite sure why no boiling of mushrooms and capsicum, Chef Lana. I do it all the time, then add them to anything I fancy. You could even do it with asparagas at a pinch. Any clues?
Hi Bill! Great question! Everything is possible in the culinary world as we well know 🙂 There are some methods simply not recommended in the chart due to flavor & crispness variables.
