Lana, a second generation Italian, has possessed a passion for “everything food” since early childhood: Eating it, preparing it, presenting it, and most importantly, sharing it. Her fondest childhood memories were watching “mama” prepare many a magical culinary delight from “Old World Italy.”  She has spent countless evenings preparing elaborate dinners for family and friends and has cherished every lovingly painstaking moment.

Lana has learned, step by step, the “art of food” from the inside out. In all of her years as a self-taught chef, she has learned to personally master food manipulation and preparation, always incorporating her unique “personal twists.” Lana has adopted her individual chef techniques and recipes by studying and practicing from the recipes, procedures and methods of master chefs worldwide.
