I think it’s the best way. I grow herbs in my place and to save them, I used to dry them rolling in the paper for about 2 weeks or so and then preserve them in the airtight container, but I think this is the best way to preserve as they can stay fresh and can be used even after long time, Lana thank you for telling such a good idea in such a nice way.
