   This looks really delicious! Love the idea of baking soda and baking powder, seems like a great way to ensure the chicken is crisp. Great recipe!! ☺

      Thank you, Cheyenne! You’re so right! Both make the crust rise slightly & it’s so so crisp! I made it again last night with Parisian herbs…always a hit in this house 🙂 Thanks a bunch!
