    not quite sure why no boiling of mushrooms and capsicum, Chef Lana. I do it all the time, then add them to anything I fancy. You could even do it with asparagas at a pinch. Any clues?

    1. Hi Bill! Great question! Everything is possible in the culinary world as we well know 🙂 There are some methods simply not recommended in the chart due to flavor & crispness variables. However, for soup, stew and for those that do not boil away the essence of life & flavor, this prep is very acceptable. Thanks, as always, for your valued input, Lana
