I’m intrigued by the cinnamon infused syrup. I never thought about adding spices to maple syrup but it sounds delicious, and I’m going to have to try it.

Thank you, Sheryl! I’ve found spices simply kiss the flavor of the syrup but do not overpower. A nice intermingling 🙂

Looks delish. Yesterday I made a batch of paleo pumpkin pancakes with a maple pecan glaze! It’s a recipe I found on Pinterest but tweaked to my preferences. Looks a lot like these but gluten free 🙂 Yours are more fun!

Thank you, Allison! I have a paleo version in which I use coconut & almond flour instead of white & they’re amazing! Healthy is just as delicious! 🙂

Mine uses almond butter, pumpkin and eggs with a little maple syrup for sweetness. I thought about adding some coconut flour to the batter. The ones I make are actually baked so they end up tasting like big, soft cookies! I need to check out your paleo version!

Wonderful ingredients in yours, Allison! Coconut flour is so absorbent so I had to play with the ingredients, but I finally got there. I sure like the almond butter addition so I may add some in the next batch! Thanks, Hon!
