Thanks, Lynn! The Dr Pepper helps to tenderize the meat while adding a little sweetness. I was reluctant to try it because I’m not a fan of soda, but it really compliments the pork in several ways. Thanks a bunch!

We’re used to braising in wine, right?? lol! Good old soda pop works wonders too 🙂
