    Yum tiddly Scrum! These look adorable – I have a cousin who is Belgian (home of the Speculoo biscuit) and she uses them crushed to thicken a sauce made from a reduction from roasted meat – typically pork or venison. Sounds whacky but it is wonderful. For me, I would certainly give these a try but I am too cowardly to take on my fearsome red-headed cousin and risk getting it wrong!!
