I ate these all up. I made them to give away but instead I have had to make extra trips to the gym in the last week. It’s true. It all started with my craving for something with chocolate and fudge and texture and chewy. So, naturally I thought of a chocolate chip cookie then a brownie, then chocolate chocolate chip but it still wasn’t enough. I needed to use up some marshmallows that I had leftover from holiday cooking/baking. Here it is. Cupid struck me early this year.

• 1 cup organic unbleached all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s)
